Moving Day

We finally have a moving day. I am freaking out! I move without Andy 2 weeks after he leaves for England. I am trying to figure out what to do. I can take most stuff over in my car if I take about 20 trips. But, there is big stuff I can't handle, but I don't want to get a moving van. What to do?

There is not much going on in my life. I still walk every morning, but my Rec center pass lapsed, so that is it. I am starting to feel my muscles turn flabby. I have a belly already and am struggling to find maternity clothes that fit. I am too tall for a lot of them. My mom and sister are in Las Vegas searching for me, too. I need new ones because my old ones are out of style.

I have been going through so much stuff and getting rid of it. Andy is shocked at how much we have just tossed that for whatever reason we couldn't get rid of a year ago when we moved here. I think it is the nesting thing for me. Watch out, I still have more things to go through.

3 More Weeks

I only have three more weeks of work. I cried when I turned in my notice on Tuesday. I have been with the same kids for so long. And (this is hard to admit) more than with my own. Each child means something to me in a different way.

I am now 15 weeks along and still pretty sick. Last night I was very emotional and don't remember a whole lot of it. This morning I just looked at Andy and said, "You remember I am pregnant, right?" He said that the evening was very confusing for him. Sheesh!

Also, in 3 1/2 weeks Andy leaves for England. He is all set. His passport finally came after 13 weeks of waiting. The only required books he has not read (or in his case reread) are the Chronicles of Narnia.

Did I mention that I have a new neice? I think I did. I made a big deal about them shortening her name from the get go and my own husband wants to do that. If this is a boy he wants to name him Caspian and call him Ian. I like Cullen, but I am all alone in that. I hate not having a name for the child. I have a girl name, no boy name and don't feel as connected because of it. Is that crazy?

Being theater people, you guys will appreciate the dilemma. My little sister was flying in for "Wicked" from Salt Lake last weekend and then flying out right after the show. The flight was cancelled and all 14 of the women she was going with were left with no way to get to Denver and non-refundable show tickets to a sold out show. They had to eat the tickets and since it was closing weekend the last 3 shows were sold out too. My sister did not get to see "Wicked", she cried. I got my sisters message about her giving away all these tickets only 15 minutes before curtain, so I couldn't use them. I would have taken Marcus in a second. He sings "Popular" all the time.

Marcus graduated from Preschool on Wednesday. He was so cute and I can't believe he is so big. Anneke makes up Princess songs to sing and dance to. I have fun kids.
